In implementation of Act No. 471 of 29.07.2010 of the Head of Legal Personnel Management, in accordance with requirements established by Presidential Decree 220, 27.3.2001, by Legislative Decree No. 165, 30.3.2001 CCNL and pursuant to the Health Fund 31.07.2009, has banned public competitive examinations and tests to cover

psychiatric rehabilitation CAT. D
The specific requirement for admission is as follows:
- technical diploma of psychiatric rehabilitation in the Decree of the Ministry of Health No 182 of 29.03.2001 or equivalent;
may enter the contest if they are meet the following requirements in addition to the specific above:
a) Italian citizenship. As equivalent to Italian citizens resident in the Republic the Italians, are referred to the provisions of art. Presidential Decree No. 11 of 20.12.1979 761 and art. 2, paragraph 1 of Decree No
09/05/1994 487, art. Decree No 37 of 3.2.1993 Prime Ministerial Decree No. 29 and subsequent 174, 7.2.1994 relating to nationals of Member States of the EEC.
Citizens of EU member states must also have under Article. Prime Ministerial Decree No. 3 of 174, 7.2.1994, the following requirements:
- enjoy full civil and political rights in the membership or provenance;
- be in possession of other requirements of the competition for the other citizens of the Republic;
- have adequate knowledge of Italian;
b) fitness for use: the assessment of physical fitness for use shall be made unconditional, edited by 'Local Health Unit, prior to placing into service, according to the requirement in Resolution No. 70 of 07.04.2009;

Applications for participation in the competition, written on plain paper should be directed to the Executive Head of Legal Personnel Manager of the USL Reggio Emilia - Via Amendola No 2, 42122 Reggio Emilia - Competitions and submitted to the Office, on pain of exclusion, by 12.00 noon on the 30th day following the date of publication of the extract ication of this notice in the Official Gazette of the Republic.

The failure to sign the application or the failure to mention the requirements will result in exclusion from the competition.

The candidates with disabilities, assistive devices and when it needs additional time to carry out the tests, must produce a special medical certificate specifying the essential elements to enjoy the benefits of the Law 104/92. In particular, the certification shall indicate: - the necessary aids for the condition dell'handicappato - the extra time necessary for the claimant.

The documentation submitted may be withdrawn in person (or a person appointed by proxy) only after 90 days from the date of publication of the list in the Official Bulletin of the Emilia Romagna.
The return of the documents will be available before the expiry of that period, the candidate is not put to the tests, or for those who, before the establishment of the Examination Committee, expressly states in writing to waive participation in the contest.
After 3 years from the publication of the list in the Official Bulletin of the Emilia Romagna region, the Directors will proceed to the elimination of documentation attached to the application form.
The examining committee, appointed pursuant to Presidential Decree 220/2001 will have 100 points as follows:
- 30 points for the securities;
- 70 for the examinations.

points for the practical test - 20 points for the oral

a) securities of 12 career points
b) academic qualifications and study points 5
c) publications and scientific qualifications points 5
d) curriculum and professional points 8
The Committee will submit the candidates to the following exams: written paper or
WRITTEN TEST solution to short answer questions on topics related to the specific profession of the technical implementation of psychiatric rehabilitation PRACTICAL of technical specifications pertaining to the professional profile put out to tender. ORAL
on the subjects of the written test and practical test.
The oral test will also include elements of computer knowledge and verification of at least one initial language choice between English and French.
Successful applicants will be notified of the date and place of the first test, no less than fifteen days before the date of the test.
The timing of the subsequent tests will be communicated in accordance with the terms stated in art. 7 of Presidential Decree 220/2001.
Overcoming each of the planned examination is subject to the achievement of the assessment of sufficiency of Articles. 14, 15 and 16 of Presidential Decree 220/2001.
The Selection Committee will reshuffle the list of eligible candidates to the Administration of the Company USL, which recognized the legality of the acts of the competition, will approve it and appoint the winner.
The ranking of the competition will be published in the Official Bulletin of the Emilia-Romagna and remains effective for a period of thirty-six months from the date of publication.
The ranking within the validity period will be used to fill posts that become vacant, with the requirement that a seat will be reserved for volunteers in the armed forces or stops short stops fixed four-year, dismissed without demerit, even after or during any stale
contract (Article 39 - paragraph 15 of Legislative Decree No 196/95, as amended by art. 18 - paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree 215 from 08.05.2001). The competitor
winner must conclude with this Administration, a contract of employment under employment contracts of the Health Fund of 31.07.2009.
Under current law, the winner of the contest and the candidates called into service in any capacity, are required to produce within 30 days from the date of communication and under penalty of cancellation the following documents or affidavits: 1
) Italian citizenship certificate or replacement certificate;
2) extract the summary of the act of birth;
3) qualification in the original or a certified copy or the document issued by the relevant school in lieu of diploma;
4) certificate of political rights;
5) general certificate of criminal record;
6) family status;
7) position with regard to military service;
8) certificates and documents necessary to demonstrate that they meet the other requirements.
The Executive Director, following a finding of fulfillment of all requirements, it will proceed with the signing of the contract of employment referred to in the aforementioned contract of employment as specified above. The date of employment in service will be agreed between the parties, but in any case, unless justified and documented, it must be determined within thirty days the deadline date for submission of documents rite in its absence, the Company will not lead to the conclusion of the contract and the candidate will be revoked.
They are supported, as regards the period of trial and notice periods on termination of employment, the provisions set out in that contract.
With the signing of the contract and the taking into service, it is implied acceptance, without reservation, of all the rules and govern the legal status and treatment of staff of the Health Fund.
The employment at the winner will be temporarily suspended or delayed due to the presence of rules that impose the hiring freeze even with the provision of exceptional opportunity for an exemption.
The Directors of the Company reserves the right to extend, suspend, revoke, modify or cancel this notice.
